How do I get started?
Give us a call or send us a message. We'll schedule a conversation to learn about your needs and goals, then recommend the best program for you.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies based on the program and your specific needs. Contact us for personalized pricing information.
How do I pay? Do you accept insurance?
We are a private-pay service and do not bill insurance directly. We accept credit card payment. However, your HSA or FSA funds may be applicable with a Letter of Medical Necessity from your physician, and long-term care insurance may cover certain sessions. Some insurance plans — including certain BCBS plans — also offer fitness benefits that may reimburse a portion of your sessions with a receipt or superbill. Reach out and we can help point you in the right direction.
What if I live outside your service area?
Distance is not always a barrier. Many of our services are available virtually, and for the right fit we are happy to discuss special arrangements and pricing. Give us a call and let's talk through your options.
Can you help if I've never exercised before?
Absolutely! We specialize in working with people at every fitness level, including those who have never exercised. We meet you exactly where you are.
