Our personal training sessions are customized to your abilities, goals, and comfort level. We come to you — whether that's in your living room, at an assisted living facility, or through a virtual session. Every plan is built on physical and occupational therapy concepts, designed to improve your strength, balance, and confidence.

Balance & Circuit Training Classes
Group classes focused on strength, balance, and staying confidently on your feet.
Join us for energizing group classes at locations throughout Southcoast Massachusetts. Our Balance & Circuit Training classes combine strength exercises, balance challenges, and coordination work in a fun, supportive environment. Reducing fall risk is woven into everything we do — not a separate program, but a core part of every session.
